What's New

Use Advanced Analytics, Case Manager, and Incident Responder in Japanese

We're introducing localized versions of Exabeam products, starting with Japanese.

Advanced Analytics, Case Manager, and Incident Responder is available in Japanese! To switch your product language, head to the Menu The menu icon in the navigation bar; three white lines on a green background. > Select Language.

We also introduced a new date format, ISO-slash (YYYY/MM/DD), slightly modified from the existing ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD), so you can display dates exactly how you like. Configure your system to change your dates to any of these formats.Change Date and Time Formats

This feature applies to users with Advanced Analytics, Case Manager, and Incident Responder licenses.

Support for Python 3

On January 1st, 2020, the Python Software Foundation announced that they are discontinuing Python 2. Following this announcement, we no longer support any scripts and Incident Responder services and actions written in Python 2 after July 31, 2020. We only support scripts, services, and actions written in Python 3.

When you use Python 3, you help enforce better security and compliance, and continue accessing new features and libraries from the wider Python community.

For Advanced Analytics and Case Manager, please audit your instance and identify any custom scripts written in Python 2. To use a custom script after July 31, 2020, it must be written in Python 3.
