Remove the service from any playbooks. If you disable a service that's used in a playbook, that playbook may run incorrectly.
In the navigation bar, click the menu , select Settings, then navigate to Automation > Services.
Select the Configured tab.
Hover over a service, then select Delete Configuration .
If you disable a service and it is still part of a playbook, you are warned that the "playbook contains errors" when you run the playbook.
