DLA-3845

Fixed an issue in Data Lake, where the PDF versions of Exabeam reports were not including any charts.

Fixed an issue in Data Lake, where the recipient would receive an error in the email, if you copied a report and sent the copy.

Fixed an issue in Data Lake, where after upgrading to i40.5, the main page search and summary was not loading.

Fixed an issues in Data Lake, where you would receive the following error message, Accounts Locked: You are not authorized to use this method. (Cannot receive persmissions), when attempting to download a PDF copy of a report.

Fixed an issues, where after upgrading to i40.3, if you were not connected to the internet, the Data Lake web interface would not render properly. This was due to Data Lake relying on resources (such as fonts) from external parties.
