Create a Custom User Role for Multi-Org
When default user roles do not meet all your needs, you can create custom roles with specific permission sets tailored to your security needs.

When assigning a custom role to a user who does not have any default user roles assigned, you must ensure that the assigned custom role includes the Manage Organization permission. Without either the Read or the Read, Write and Delete access for this specific permission, a user with no default roles will not be able to access the Multi-Org environment.
To create a custom user role:
Log in to the New-Scale Security Operations Platform.
On the lower-left side of the user interface, click Settings
, and then click Roles.
On the upper-right side of the page, click New Role.
In the Display Name field, enter a descriptive name for the role.
In the Description field, define the intended purpose or use of the role.
From the Permissions drop-down menu, select the permissions that you want to assign to the role.
When you have selected all the permissions that you want to include, click outside the drop-down menu, and then click Create.
The new role is added to the list on the Roles page.
Assign the role to to your users, as desired.
