Information for Managed Organizations

If desired, you can delegate management of your Exabeam Security Operations Platform to a parent organization, such as a service provider, by accepting an invitation to join their management structure. This allows third-party organizations to manage your platform, but only with the explicit consent of your administrators. The process involves receiving and accepting an invitation from the parent organization, which grants them administrative control over your environment.

Even when under remote management, your organization retains full control into this arrangement. At any time, your administrators can see that they are being managed by a parent organization and can revoke access whenever necessary. Should you wish to restore this connection, the parent organization must wait 24 hours and then send a new invitation for your administrators to accept.

The ability to approve, reject, or rescind these permissions is limited to users with the Administrator role or a custom role that includes the appropriate permissions, ensuring that only authorized personnel control access to external organizations.
