Invite an Organization

Before you can manage another organization, you must request organization access. When you submit the request, all administrators for the organization will receive both an email and a notification in their Exabeam Security Operations Platform which prompts them to accept or reject the request. If the request is rejected, you must wait 24 hours before retrying. After they accept, you will be able to manage the organization from your Multi-Org environment.

To invite an organization:

  1. Log in to the multi-org Exabeam Security Operations Platform.

  2. Click Request Organization Access.

  3. Enter the server URL for the organization you want to manage.

  4. If desired, customize the Access request message.

    This can provide additional details to explain the context for managing the organization.

  5. Click Request when finished.

    Administrators who manage the organization will receive the invitation to approve access. While the request is open, you will see a new grayed-out tile for the organization that is labeled as Access pending.

  6. After the invitation is accepted, click the active tile for the child organization to view it.
