Platform | EULA Agreement If you are a multi-org administrator, you can now approve the Exabeam End User License Agreement (EULA) from the New-Scale Security Operations Platform. This ensures you're aware of your obligations as an Exabeam customer and as a multi-org administrator. With this feature, you'll receive a prompt to review and accept the EULA upon login until it's approved. All interactions with the EULA are tracked for auditing purposes. Additionally, access to the parent organization is blocked until the EULA is approved, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. After initial approval, you'll no longer receive prompts to review the EULA. |

This update eliminates the need for duplicate identities, simplifying access management. Additionally, you can segregate data and user access between organizations, enabling a seamless shared responsibility model that delineates security and operational responsibilities between you and the organizations you manage. New Region Support for Saudi Arabia You can now deploy and access the New-Scale Security Operations Platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) region. This marks a significant milestone, making our cloud-native platform available for partners and companies doing business in the Arabian Peninsula. The KSA region is designed to support Middle East customers, featuring three availability zones to ensure high-availability workloads required for cybersecurity. In the new Natural Language Search mode, you can enter a query prompt, using natural language, and the query is automatically translated into Exabeam Query Language. This capability lets you quickly build complex queries without needing to write complex search syntax.
