Use CISO Digest Dashboard
The CISO Digest dashboard provides security leaders with essential, clear, and actionable insights about your security landscape. Using CISO Digest dashboard, you can access the highlights of your overall security posture through clear coverage scores, operational metrics, and complete case breakdowns across all available frameworks. You can instantly track your overall protection, measure your defenses against industry standards, gain complete visibility into resolved issues, and get high-level insights.
You can easily track security trends over time to identify and fix specific organizational weaknesses. Built-in tracking records team activity. With default settings and auomatic monthly email summaries, you get essential security updates delivered directly to your inbox without navigating to complex menus. The dashboard covers operational metrics, coverage scores, and case breakdown and includes all available frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Use Case Coverage, Health Insurance Portability, and so on.
Note
To access the CISO Digest dashboard, you must enable the feature flag CISO Digest: ServiceHealthCisoDigestEnabled, and have the administrator rights with the shandc:ac:view and shandc:ac:manage permissions.

Exabeam Nova Executive Summary | Displays details of Organizational Coverage Score including OWASP, HIPAA, MITRE ATT&CK Coverage along with benchmarks. This summary is generated by Exabeam Nova. The summary includes analysis of key metrics and trends, improvements, focus areas, and recommended actions. |
Mean Dwell Time | Displays the Mean Dwell Time (hours) which is a single value-style visualization that shows the average time taken to detect and respond to cases. |
Mean Time to Detect | Displays the average hours taken to detect an incident. |
Mean Time to Resolution | Displays the average hours taken to resolve an incident. |
Total Open Cases by use Case | Displays the number of cases associated with each use case. |
Total Open Cases by Mitre ATT&CK Tactic | Displays the number of open cases associated with each MITRE ATT&CK technique. Each square in the heatmap represents a technique. |
Threat Detection Pipeline | Displays how the platform processes massive log volumes, surfaces manageable cases, and identifies true threats to drastically reduce analyst fatigue. |
Daily Ingest | Displays the data consumption limit - your license sets the daily data consumption limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional costs. |
Overall coverage score | Displays scores for the selected frameworks. For example, MITRE ATT&CK, HIPAA, and PCI, with current scores and month-over-month trends. |
Configure Email Digest Settings
All the essential details are shared via monthly email digest to keep you informed and help you take informed decisions.
Use the following steps to configure email digest settings.
Log in to the New-Scale Security Operations Platform and navigate to Service Health and Consumption.
On the Service Health and Consumption dashboard, click the CISO Digest tab.
Click Manage Email Digest.
The left pane displays Email Digest Settings.
In the Email Digest Settings pane, click Edit.
In the Status section, you can enable or disable the settings for the delivery of email summaries. After you enable the monthly email digest summary, you can set the day and time to receive the mail digest in your inbox.
The Enabled status indicates that you will get the email digest summary every month in your inbox.
In the Recipients section, add email addresses of the recipients to whom you want to send the monthly email digest summary.
In the Security Framework Inclusion section, select the security frameworks that Outcomes Navigator provides to add them to the email digest summary. For example, Mitre ATT&CK Coverage, and Use Case Coverage.
Click Save Changes.
In the right pane, the Email Digest Preview displays the data summary for the frameworks that you selected. The preview also reflects live changes that you make to the dashboard view.
The pre-processed data for the last 30 days for Threat Center, Outcomes Navigator, Service Health, Threat Detection, and other applications provides you with actionable insights about your security landscape.
