Automation Management Rule-Based Playbooks
Rule-based playbooks automate simple workflows in which a trigger object and its properties directly correlate to predefined results.
Rule-based playbooks are one of two types of playbooks. The other type of playbook is called an advanced playbook.
All playbooks run automatically when it's triggered. For rule-based playbooks, if the trigger object meets specific conditions, the playbook automatically executes certain activities.
To create a rule-based playbook, you specify the playbook trigger, trigger object conditions, and actions. After you create a rule-based playbook, you can enable or disable it, clone it, edit it, reorder it, delete it, view all previous changes made to it, and preview its details before making any changes.
