Filter Automation Management Playbooks

Quickly find playbooks by trigger object, status, type, or enabled playbooks.

Filter by Trigger Object

Under Triggers, select the trigger: alert created, alert modified, case created, or case modified.

The playbook trigger filters with the Case created filter selected.

Under Count, view the number of playbooks already created out of the maximum ten playbooks.

To collapse the trigger filter menu, click |< Trigger. To expand the trigger filter menu, click >| Trigger (<current trigger filter>)

Filter by Status

Quickly find drafted or deployed playbooks. Playbooks in draft status have been created, but aren't deployed and can't run. Playbooks in deployed status are ready to run.

Next to Status:, click All, then select Draft Only or Deployed.

Filter by Type

Quickly find rule-based or advanced playbooks only.

Next to Type:, click All, then Advanced or Rule-based.

Filter for Enabled Playbooks

Show only enabled playbooks or both enabled and disabled playbooks.

To show only enabled playbooks, toggle Enable Only on. To show both enabled and disabled playbooks, toggle Enable Only off.

The playbook Enabled only filter toggled on.
