Remove the action from all existing playbooks that use it. To identify playbooks using the action, follow step 2.

For an action, click the More menu , then select Delete.

If the action is used in a playbook, the playbook is listed under AFFECTED PLAYBOOKS. To delete the action, you must remove the action from the listed playbooks. To refresh the list after you've edited any playbooks, click Refresh.

Select I understand this action cannot be undone., then click Delete.
