Edit a Service

Change the details of a service you previously configured.

You can manage services only if you're assigned an Incident Responder seat.

 
  1. In the sidebar, click SETTINGSA grey gear icon, then select Core.

  2. Under SERVICE INTEGRATIONS, select Services.

  3. Select the Configured tab.

  4. Hover over a service, then click Edit ConfigurationA dark blue pencil..

  5. Change the service details.

  6. To validate the configuration, select TEST CONNECTIVITY.

  7. Select SAVE.
