Add New Local Users
On the lower-left side of the page, click Settings , and then click Users.
Click + New User.
Enter the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email address, and then select one or more default or custom Roles for the user from the drop-down list.
Click Invite.
An email is sent to the user with a link to confirm the account and create a login password. The account status is listed as Pending until the user confirms the account, at which time the status changes to Active.
