Create a Tag
To categorize and find related alerts and cases, create a tag.
You can tag each alert or case with a maximum of ten tags.
Navigate to a specific alert or case, then edit the alert or case attributes.
Under Custom Tag, start typing. You must enter a minimum of one character and a maximum of 50 characters, including spaces. You can't start the tag with a space.
Click Add "<tag>". The tag is added to the alert or case, and you can use it in other alerts and cases. This action is recorded in the alert or case history.
