Download a File Attached to a Case
Download an attachment from a case.
Anybody who can access the case can download the files attached to it.
Warning
Because attachments are uploaded by other users, ensure that you handle them securely:
Before you open a file, consider its source. Exabeam doesn't scan the file for malware or validate the file.
Always adhere to your organization's security policies.
In a case, navigate to the Attachments tab.
For the attachment you're downloading, click
.A warning reminds you to verify that you trust the source and are following your organization's security policies. To continue downloading the attachment, click Download Anyway.
You're prompted to download the file. This action is recorded in the alert or case history.
