Case Notes
Document your response and collaborate with your team in a case using notes.
A note is free-form text you use to add descriptions, observations, response steps to a case.
To quickly access all notes from anywhere in the case, click View Notes:

In the Overview tab, under Latest Notes, view the notes most recently added to the case, who added the note, and the date and time the note they added it.
