Delete Cases or Alerts

To clear out obsolete cases or alerts, delete them.

  1. Depending on whether you're deleting cases or alerts, navigate to the Cases or Alerts tab.

  2. Select the cases or alerts to delete:

    • To delete all cases or alerts shown, click the checkbox in the header row, then click Delete.

    • To delete multiple cases or alerts, click the checkbox for the cases or alerts you're deleting, then click Delete.

    • To delete a single case or alert, click the checkbox for the case or alert, then click Delete.

  3. Click Delete.
