Account Logout Summary Dashboard

This dashboard provides an overview of account logout activity within your organization.

Note

This dashboard can assist you in complying with the following regulatory requirements: HIPAA 164.312(a)(1), HIPAA 164.312(2)(iii), NIST 800-66 R1 4.14.8.

Time Range Filter

The Event : Approx Log Time filter sets the time range for the event data. The default setting is in the last 7 days. You can update this filter with a wide range of customizable settings.

To update the time range filter, click the arrow (icon-expand.png) on the right, under the Edit button, to expand the filters panel. In the Event : Approx Log Time filter, select an operator from the first drop down menu and then enter or select values in the subsequent fields, depending on the operator you selected. To save your filter changes, click Apply on the right side of the filter panel. The updated filter is applied to the visualization.

Unique Users with Account Logout Activity

This single value bar chart displays the total number of unique users with account logout activity over the selected time range.

Account Logout Activity Trends

This area chart shows the account logout activity count trends over the selected time range. To view the values represented in the chart, move your pointer over the graph lines to display the data points. To drill down into a value and view the underlying events, click the data point, and then click Show Results in Search.

Ratio of Successful and Failed Logouts

This pie chart shows the total number of logout attempts, and illustrates the count proportions of success and failure outcomes. To view the represented values, hover your pointer over the graph slices. To drill down into a value and view the underlying events, click the graph slice, and then click Show Results in Search.

Account Logout Activity by Users and Hosts

This Sankey chart breaks down the logout counts for the different users and hosts, and illustrates the connections between them. The left side of the chart shows the user counts; the right side shows the host counts. To highlight the links between the users and hosts and view their count values, hover your pointer over the graph links. To view the underlying events of a value, click the link, and then click Show Results in Search.

Top 10 Users with Account Logout Activity

This bar chart represents the top 10 users in your organization with the most account logout activity. To view the values represented in the bars, hover your pointer over them. To view the underlying events of a value, click the bar, and then click Show Results in Search.

Top 10 Hosts with Account Logout Activity

This bar chart represents the top 10 hosts in your organization with the most account logout activity. To view the values represented in the bars, hover your pointer over them. To view the underlying events of a value, click the bar, and then click Show Results in Search.

Recent Account Logout Activities

This table provides details on recent account logout events, including their times, outcomes, users, hosts, and protocols. Click the heading of the column that you want to sort the data by. Click the arrow icon to change between ascending Sort-Up.png and descending Sort-Down.png orders. To view all the table rows, you may need to use the scroll bar on the right.
