Site Collector UI shows the status INSTALLATION_ERROR
Solution: If Site Collector could not be installed during pre-check stage and the UI shows the status INSTALLATION_ERROR, ensure that you completed the following requirements:

If the pre-checks are failed during both installation and upgrade, the system is rolled back to the initial stage. To generate support package, run the following command: sudo /opt/exabeam/nifi/nifi_scripts/generate_support_package.sh
Complete the environment requirements.
Partition SSD and not HDDs.
Configure the required network ports.
Analyze the step on which pre-check has failed, on Site Collector UI or console.
Install Site Collector again using the Site Collector UI.
