Edit a Threat Center Queue
Change the users assigned to a queue.
You can't rename a queue.
In Threat Center, click Settings, then navigate to the Customizations tab.
Click Manage Queues.
For the queue you're editing, click
Add or remove users from the queue:
To add a member, click the arrow, then select a user or user role.
To search for a user or user role, start typing.
To remove a member, click the x. If a user is the assignee on a case, they remain the assignee even if you remove them from the queue.
Review your changes, then click Save.
