Edit a Threat Center Queue

Change the users assigned to a queue.

You can't rename a queue.

  1. In Threat Center, click Settings, then navigate to the Customizations tab.

  2. Click Manage Queues.

  3. For the queue you're editing, click A blue outline of a pencil.

  4. Add or remove users from the queue:

    • To add a member, click the arrow, then select a user or user role.

    • To search for a user or user role, start typing.

    • To remove a member, click the x. If a user is the assignee on a case, they remain the assignee even if you remove them from the queue.

  5. Review your changes, then click Save.
