Reorder a Stage

Ensure cases progress through stages in an order that reflects your response workflow.

You can't reorder the pre-built Closed stage. It's always the last stage in the response workflow.

  1. In Threat Center, click Settings, then navigate to the Customizations tab.

  2. Click Manage Case Stages.

  3. Click Reorder.

  4. Select the stage you're reordering, then drag it to another position in the list.

  5. Click Apply.
